Set up and share a feedback form

Choose a form, check the customer-facing questions, make it active and test the public link before sharing it.

Complete the task

Follow these steps

  1. Choose the form to use

    Open Forms and select a FeedbackPilot preset, or a custom form available on your plan. Choose Edit form to open its editor.

  2. Check the customer experience

    Review the title, introduction, question wording, required fields and any conditional questions. Use the preview to check the order and layout.

  3. Save or publish the changes

    Complete the editor flow and confirm the form is marked Active on the Forms page. Inactive forms cannot be shared publicly.

  4. Copy and test the link

    Choose Copy link, open it in a private browser window and submit only test information that does not contain real customer data.

Still blocked?

Open the support form with the relevant category and page already selected. Do not include passwords, payment details, secrets or full private customer feedback.
