FeedbackPilot helps local service businesses collect private feedback, follow up on service issues and prepare responsible review-request drafts. If you already reach trades, cleaners or other service businesses, you can introduce them using your own referral link.

Apply to join the programme

Tell us who you reach and how you plan to introduce FeedbackPilot. We review every application to protect the programme and the businesses being referred. Do not include bank or card details - approved affiliates set up payouts securely afterwards.

Choose the country where you live or operate and where you will receive affiliate payments. Your payout account must be based in this country, and it cannot normally be changed after Stripe setup begins.

A clear one-time commission

You receive 100% of the first eligible subscription payment FeedbackPilot receives from a referred customer.

At the current standard GBP prices, that would be £25 for Starter or £49 for Pro before any discount or credit. Tax is excluded from the commission calculation.

100% of the first payment

Commission uses the first successful paid subscription invoice and the amount FeedbackPilot actually receives after discounts and credits, excluding tax.

30-day validation period

Commission becomes available 30 days after payment. A partial or full refund, or a payment dispute, reverses the related commission.

Your link and dashboard

Approved affiliates receive a unique referral link and a dashboard showing referral activity, commission status and payout progress.

Secure payout setup

We review applications and due commissions. Approved affiliates provide payout details through Stripe, not through this application form.

Who the programme is for

The programme is designed for people who already have a genuine connection to local service businesses, including:

  • Consultants, designers and service providers working with local businesses.
  • Content creators covering trades, customer service, reviews or business operations.
  • Community organisers, newsletter owners and professional networks.
  • Local business owners who can recommend FeedbackPilot to relevant peers.

Programme rules

  • Referral credit uses the first valid affiliate linked to a workspace before checkout.
  • Affiliates must clearly disclose that they may receive commission from a referral.
  • Self-referrals, misleading promotion, spam, trademark impersonation and paid-search ads on FeedbackPilot brand terms are not allowed.
  • Any refund, including a partial refund, or a payment dispute reverses the related commission in full. A payout already made may need to be recovered or offset.
  • Approval is discretionary and participation may be suspended for abuse or inaccurate promotion.
