FeedbackPilot affiliate programme
Refer suitable local service businesses.
Approved affiliates receive a unique referral link. When a referred business becomes a paying subscriber, the affiliate can earn commission equal to the first successful paid subscription month, excluding tax.
First paid month
Commission is created from the first successful paid subscription invoice, not from a trial or an unpaid signup.
30-day holding period
The commission becomes available 30 days after FeedbackPilot receives the payment. Refunds or disputes can cancel the commission.
Responsible promotion
Affiliates must use accurate claims and must not promise rankings, reviews, revenue, conversions or business growth.
Manual review and payout
Applications and due commissions are reviewed before payout. Do not submit bank or card details in this form.
Programme rules
- Referral credit uses the first valid affiliate linked to a workspace before checkout.
- Affiliates must clearly and prominently disclose that they may receive commission from a referral.
- Self-referrals, misleading promotion, spam, trademark impersonation and paid-search ads on FeedbackPilot brand terms are not allowed.
- A refund or payment dispute reverses the related commission. A payout already made may need to be recovered or offset.
- Approval is discretionary and participation may be suspended for abuse or inaccurate promotion.
