Match feedback to the correct customer and job

Connect an unmatched response to its genuine customer and completed job so the next action has the right context.

Complete the task

Follow these steps

  1. Find the unmatched response

    Open the Feedback inbox and set Matching to Needs matching, or find the Needs matching badge in the records list.

  2. Open the matching action

    Select the row, or open its actions menu and choose Match customer and job.

  3. Choose the genuine records

    Select the customer and the service job that actually produced the feedback. Check names, service details and dates before saving.

  4. Confirm the context

    Return to the record and verify that the customer replaces Needs matching and the correct job is linked.
