Subprocessor List
FeedbackPilot uses the providers below to deliver the service. Each provider receives only the information reasonably needed for its role.
This list should be read with the Privacy Notice and Data Processing Addendum.
Supabase
- Purpose
- Authentication and database infrastructure.
- Information involved
- Account details, workspace records, customer records, feedback, permissions, and related service data.
Stripe
- Purpose
- Checkout, subscription billing, payment processing, and the billing portal.
- Information involved
- Account, billing, subscription, transaction, and payment-related information. Stripe may act as an independent controller for some payment data.
Resend
- Purpose
- Transactional and operational email delivery when email features are enabled.
- Information involved
- Recipient addresses, message content, and delivery information needed to send the requested email.
- Purpose
- Optional Google account sign-in when chosen by the user.
- Information involved
- Account identity information returned through the sign-in flow.
Changes and questions
We may update this list when providers change. Business customers may contact support@feedbackpilot.co.uk with a reasonable data-protection question or objection about a material new subprocessor.
