Review invitations stay manual and rating-neutral. Active service issues remain on a private follow-up path until an owner records the outcome. Testimonial usage requires explicit permission evidence.
Pricing questions
Does FeedbackPilot send review requests?
No. FeedbackPilot prepares owner-reviewed, copy-to-send drafts. Your business decides whether and how to send them.
Is the trial card-required?
Yes. Stripe Checkout starts a 7-day trial and displays the subscription, tax and billing terms before confirmation.
When does billing start?
Unless cancelled first, the selected monthly subscription starts when the 7-day trial ends. Stripe shows the exact date during checkout.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes. Subscription management and cancellation are handled through the Stripe customer portal. Access after cancellation follows the displayed billing period and account-retention policy.
Can I invite only customers who gave positive feedback?
No. Public review opportunities are based on a genuine completed job, a usable contact route, opt-out state and active service issues—not the customer's rating.
Does Pro include team accounts, Google sync or automatic sending?
No. Pro currently provides higher record and import limits for the same responsible manual workflow.
