Follow these steps
Create an opportunity
Create a testimonial opportunity from suitable feedback. This records internal interest only; it does not request or grant permission.
Prepare the exact request
Open the testimonial record and prepare the wording to present, the display-name preference and the intended uses.
Issue and send the permission link
Create the permission link and send it manually through an appropriate channel. Do not treat sending the link as approval.
Use only what was approved
Wait for Approved status, then record each use within the allowed purposes. Review and remove use when permission is revoked.
