Manage billing, cancellation and refund requests

Review the stored subscription state, use Stripe for billing changes and keep cancellation separate from refund review.

Complete the task

Follow these steps

  1. Review the current state

    Open Billing settings and check the plan, subscription status, trial or period end and any scheduled cancellation notice.

  2. Open Stripe for billing changes

    Use the billing portal to view invoices, update payment details or manage the subscription. Owner or admin access is required.

  3. Confirm cancellation timing

    After cancelling, return to FeedbackPilot and verify whether cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid period.

  4. Request a refund separately

    Use the refund request action when a completed payment needs review. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund it.
