Follow these steps
Start from the login page
Choose Forgot password, then Reset it. Enter the email address used for the FeedbackPilot account.
Use the newest reset message
Open the most recent password-reset email. Older links may expire or stop working after a newer request is made.
Set a new password and sign in
Complete the reset flow, then return to the login page with the same account email or username.
Review account security
Open Account and security to check the email, username, password controls and active sessions. Never send a password or reset link to support.
