Prepare and track a review request draft

Use the same rating-neutral eligibility checks for every customer, copy safe wording and record any manual follow-up.

Complete the task

Follow these steps

  1. Check the job context

    Make sure the feedback is matched, the job is completed, the customer can be contacted and no unresolved serious issue blocks outreach.

  2. Create the draft

    Open Review drafts and choose Create draft, or use Prepare review draft from an eligible feedback record.

  3. Review the safety result

    Read the wording and resolve any warning or blocked language. Eligibility and safety are checked again before copying.

  4. Copy and track the manual action

    Copy the approved draft, send it through your normal channel, then update the status and reminder date. FeedbackPilot does not send it automatically.
